Teenage girls write the ultimate guide to parenting teenagers

The confusing mood swings and mysterious mood swings of teenagers in the 21st century have been explained by two schoolgirls from Surrey. Megan Lovegrove and Louise Bedwell from Sutton is Surrey are both 17 and have spent the past 6 months researching their insightful parenting manual called ‘Teenagers Explained’. This is the first time a book of this kind has been written by teenagers.

Louise said that they wanted it to be a manual that told it how it was from the perspective of a teenager. She went on to say that if you think about it, the authors of all the other parenting books are all ancient, and are at least 40! While most adults think they still young when they are 40, the reality is that they are way out of touch with teenagers.

Everyone is talking about ‘Teenagers Explained’, and the book back deals with nearly every awkward topic related to teens that you can think of. Will Megan and Louise’s parents be embarrassed by it? Megan grimaced when asked this question, and says that she would be very embarrassed to show them it.

She added her parents hadn’t read it yet and they, like the 2 girls, don’t quite seemed to have grasped the excitement of it all, and that they have actually written their own book and had it published. Megan also said that they all went wow when her grandma googled her.
